About the Role:
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated junior attorney to join the world-class team of professionals responsible for developing LS Power’s innovative and important new energy infrastructure projects. The Associate Corporate Counsel will collaborate with the LS Power legal group to provide advice to senior management and teams of project developers throughout the project development lifecycle, including initial design, commercialization, competitive bidding, real estate acquisition, land use permitting, financing, construction and operation of electric transmission and renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will have both a meaningful role and an opportunity to develop professionally with the support of collaborative and experienced peers.
